About Monica Stott

Monica Stott

Monica is the founder of The Travel Hack, a travel and lifestyle blog featuring stylish adventures and worldwide travel. The travel bug hit Monica at the age of 19 when she hitchhiked around Jamaica, staying in eco resorts, tree houses and beach cottages. She began travelling full time in 2009 when she bought a campervan in Australia and spent nearly two years driving around the entire coast. Since then she has scuba dived with manta rays in Indonesia, hung out with Orang-utans on Borneo, braved shark cage diving in South Africa, camped along the River Ganges in India, hiked across glaciers in Iceland and camped in the desert in Morocco. Monica is now a full time writer based in London and always on the lookout for her next adventure.
